Day one begins as I return to the Zone diet.
Meal one:
Coffee with light soymilk
2tsp olive oil
about 1 cup frozen spinach
6 egg whites
and
1/3 c dry oats with water
1/3 c frozen blueberries.
Total:
343 calories
11g Fat
30g Carbs
31g Protein
The rest of the meals will consist of fresh tomato, strawberries, low fat cottage cheese, quorn and veg, more fruit, natural peanut butter, hard cheese and a glass of red wine. :)
It's almost 10 am and the fog is still thick and creepy. I love days like this. I was all set to go off and run into it when Jon let me know he had to go plant some flowers. Sigh. A prisoner to his schedule still.
I guess I'll hit the gym for weights and crosstraining on the rowing machine and elliptical. My training schedule says I run 2 miles tomorrow. I just think I'll be wanting to run more.
