Sweet!
I made it through 3 miles non stop on the treadmill tonight with NO pain as I ran. It took me about 31 minutes, I was running very, very slow just to make sure I didn't aggrevate it. I'm happy! I did 10 minutes on the elliptical after the run followed by 15 minutes of stretching/yoga. I really should do the stretching routine after every run, I've been slack.
I was supposed to do a 10k next Saturday, but I won't be able to do it because there's a boyscout event over the weekend. I'm off to find another a week later. Hooray! I'm back!
