Long day

Boot camp was at 5:30am and I had a running hangover from Tuesday. It was a good class, ending with 5Xsprint around the gazebo and up the hill driveway. I had the intentions of going home, showering, bringing Xan to swim team, and then going to the gym for weights. What did I do? Crawl into bed @ 6:45 with a monster headache and watch a track meet on tv. I ended up passing out for 30 minutes and waking with the same stupid headache.
So instead of swim team and the gym, the boys and I stayed home and watched the old Incredible Hulk tv series on Sci-Fi. I drank more coffee, even took one of my 'fat burners' from the competition days but I still felt exhausted and headachey.
We ended up running errands including the bookstore.
Xan had a GREAT report card and his GA test results came back either average or slightly below for reading/language. He actually exceeded what his teachers expected of him. Go Xan!!!!!
We celebrated with BOOKS! Xan chose 3 books "He will read to Mom" and Xavier chose Scooby Doo.
I chose this:

In all honesty, I didn't know it was a teen book. It should be a perfect summer read.

And this:

The boys and I went to Johnny Rockets for this:

It's amazing how 1,000 empty calories make you feel better!

The swim meet was cancelled due to thunderstorms. RAIN! HOORAY! We've been baking here, every day it's 95 and humid. Not great for a gal wrestling with my sometimes curly hair.

Boot camp started off with a bang. Immediately a lady started bitching it was TOOO COLD in the new gym. I went off. I told her that we have a 'tree' outside them gym where you hang up your bitching and complaining. Much like the 'tree' you hang your troubles on before entering you house. Then she went on to call me the main bitcher- which I replied "I bitch about you all bitching!". Luckily my other client mouthed "It's not you, don't worry" and I proceeded to lay out an obstacle course type circuit that had them so out of breath they couldn't complain.

Headache was back with full steam, but I promised my client and friend Susan I would go show my support and vote for her in a Comedy competition about 10 minutes down the road. The tickets were free, so about 6 of us went for a beer and had a great time. I'm still waiting to hear how she did. I left at 10 because I have a 7:30 client AND a headache! It's going to be really close between she and her competition. What sucks is it's not about the funniest. It's about who brings the most people to vote! It's like a damned popularity contest!

Here's that hot piece of ass herself!

Off to fill my iPod up with new stuff!
