I made peach cobbler last night. It was yummy. A pain in the ass too! Peeling all those peaches-hell to the no! Next time I'll be opening a can and saving myself 20 minutes. Jon loved it and I must say it was worth the extra 30 minutes of cardio I put myself through today!
