T-rex Arms

Whenever I have a really heavy upper body workout, I'm plagued by t-rex arms for the next day or so. They bend at the elbows, unable to straighten and my hands look like I'm playing piano. I guess it's a small price to pay to keep the guns pumped. (hahahahaha I kill me)

Here's another day of food/training for me:
Meal 1: Really hungry this morning. 1/4cup dry oats made with water, 1.2scoop of whey protein. 1 cup cofee

Boot camp 5:30am-6:30Am. Not as intense as usual. I'm changing it up on Wed.
We run 1/2 a mile, then do a bunch of agility/conditioning type drills, then lunge up a hill that's .12 of a mile long, side squat that hill, side squat with the other leg leading, more drills and sometimes sprints.

Meal 2: 3 slices turkey bacon, 1 biscuit, about 6 egg whites. More coffee
Xan to swim team.
Before the gym: ~1 cup purple grapes
Weights ~
Incline Bench Press
1X8@45
1X6@65
2X5@75
1X5@80
Flat DB bench press 3X8@35
Cable side raise 3X12@5
DB Front raise ss Rear delt fly 3X10@15
Tricep Rope Bent over extensions3X12 ss Tri Rope Press downs 3X12@ 40ish
20 minutes elliptical

M3: 1 chicken breast, ranch dressing, vegetable hodgepodge (Trader Joe's). Dark Chocolate with peanut butter. :)

Tonight I have another boot camp to teach and a client @ 6. I'll be barking orders and NOT leading by example! I'm also supposed to bring the boys to the pool before I work. I may negotiate a nap in.

Dude, you're crazy! I can barely drag my ass out of bed by 9 AM! But you have made me realize that I need to go work out myself.

Dude...I live for lifting weights...I'm the strongest of my friends. I haven't been to the gym all week though and I feel like a total slug.
