I never learn

Today I decided to lift heavy again. As I walked down the stairs after cardio my legs were already expressing their displeasure. The next 48 hours should be a fun!

Incline Bicep Curls 3X10-12 @ 15


5+/- minutes of ab work


42 minutes on recument bike random level 10


I crocheted about 1/3 of the clutch I'm making for a client while on the bike. Got a few stares for sure!


Now I'm eating one of the best things on earth. Fresh white bread. I made the boys turkey sandwiches for lunch and myself a tuna sandwich. Xavier and I just split a PB&J and I swear I could eat another 2 sandwiches!
