Owning your own business

Can really suck sometimes.

I hear people say how "lucky" I am to own my own business. Being the HBIC (head BITCH in charge) is highly overrated. Take this summer for example. Usually I am doing about 25 personal training sessions a week and having between 5 and 12 people in my boot camps. Over the summer (specifically July) I have been down to 10 sessions and 2-8 in boot camps. Ouch. That hurts!

Luckily I have a new clients paying me Wed and a Dad contacted me about training his two sons in preparation for football camp. I cannot WAIT to be up some young boys!!!!!!!

Boot camp this morning:

1/2 mile. Agility drills, hip openers, squats, push ups.

200 meter side lunges up the hill X 2. A real bitch. Side lunges stretch the trailing leg and work the ever loving crap out of the lead leg. Especially up a hill.

600 meter sprint-200meter walk-400 meter sprint-200 meter walk-200 sprint 200 walk. OUCH can't even come close to it.

Core work, stretch. I was so tired. That damned kid was up until 11:15 and woke every 30 minutes whining and crying. For.no.reason.at.all. Made working out @ 5:30 one of the last things in the world I wanted to do!

Xavier is so tired he's walking around crying. I asked him to pick up his toys and he hit me.

It's going to be that kind of day, folks.
