Looking forward to MONDAY?

My oldest and my old man are going on a camping trip with the scouts this weekend. That means I'll be a single parent this weekend! Just Xav and I for a whole day. Because he's such a troublemaker, I have to keep his schedule full.

For example:

Today Xavier was playing with his little people (the old ones, like 40 years old) and playing a video game in Xan's room. My neck FINALLY allowed me to lay down without extreme pain, and I was in and out of sleep. One time I opened my eyes and he was dragging a cat across the floor trying to make it dance.

Tonight Jon was snaking the drain in my bathroom (we're hairy!) and he decided to do the sink drains while he was at it. Guess what he found? About 4 little people shoved down the drain. Xavier wasn't brushing his teeth, he was clogging the drain with antique toys. Little shit.

Tomorrow we're going to the East Cobber Festival @ 9:30 and riding waaaay overpriced rides ($1/ticket and rides go up to 8 tix!) buying $2 waters, and eating overpriced food. Then we're going to choose a present from Target, make some Halloween crafts for our party, and then maybe go out to eat. My plan is to wear him down as much as possible. I hope my neck doesn't flair up!

On Sunday Xan comes home from camping before noon, then we pick up his buddies and head to Startime for video games, pizza and go-karts before watching The Clone Wars (again) and getting ice cream.

By Monday I'll be in the fetal position rocking back and forth.
