Boot Camp Biatch!

Tonight was an ass kicker. Strange though- only 3 showed up. The gas shortage combined with the economy in the toilet has really changed things. People aren't driving let alone spending $$$ on boot camp!


Anyway, the 3 I had are awesome. We ran about 1/2 mile warm-up, did some hip opening warm-ups, athletic drills and squats. Then we went to the gym.


Circuit one:


Olympic Ring pushups


Hydrolic Squats (one set wide, one set close)


Cone step overs


20 inch box step ups


one minute each, repeat


Circuit 2:


Bulgarian Squats. 30 sec/leg


Boxing with gloves


Rope ball swing and hit wall


Sumo deadlift to high pull to press


Olympic Rings Plank (feet in rings, bring knees to chest if ya can!) set one


Olymic Rings Hamstring Curls/Hip Bridge set two


Weighted hula hoop


1 min each, repeat.


Done.


It was a nice change to go indoors. Part of me wants to teach a class like this for a maximum of 5 clients but I'm afraid to clog the gym. On the other hand, being outside is so much fun, and the limits are endless.

At this point, I'd dress like a clown and teach jazzercise if I could get 10 people per class! There's gotta be 10 soccer Moms in ATL that need their butts kicked a few times per week!


Tomorrow I have a 7:30, an hour break from 8-9, 2 clients @ 9, 1 @ 9:30 and then I work in the media center @ Xan's school for an hour, get Xavier and go back to work from 5:30 to 7. I have lots of asses to kick tomorrow!
