I have no internetz at home. LA Fitness took the liberty of random charges to our savings account draining it and causing HUGE overdraft fees to the tune of $800. So after bringing the account to a positive balance and closing it out (the only way to stop the charges) we opened another account which Bank of America closed the very next day.

So....no way to pay bills, or cash checks or in our case- eat. We went through the weekend with an empty fridge and $30. Nice. We had a few hundred dollars worth of checks with no way to cash them. We had pasta every night and eggs every morning.

Despite that I had an incredibly wonderful weekend with my boys. I guess it's a nod to the saying "We were poor but happy". As my husband put it, "I'd be a hell of a lot happier with my freaking cable and computer!"
