Indoor Boot Camp

Another day below freezing tomorrow...yuck. It's actually going to be 27 with 10-20 MPH winds. No thanks- we'll be inside!


3 sets, 1 minute each:


Push-up

Wall Ball (or shoulder press with a squat)

Kettle bell swing (a Dumb bell works too)

crunches on ball

Lunge

Pull-ups (we're doing assisted)

box jumps/step ups

dips

mountain climbers on BOSU

Bench tap arounds


That will bring us up to 41 minutes including 2 minutes between sets and 5 minute warm up. I'm thinking of totally changing it up and doing 15 minutes of pilates at the end. I'd do more cardio but there aren't enough treadmills or ellipticals to go around!
