I grew up in upstate NY and I'm no stranger to cold weather. After 13 years in the south my skin has thinned! This morning I left early to buy tissues for the class and a cheapo pair of magic gloves. No gloves! It was 33 with a windchill of 29! Then it started to sleet!!!! My legs were having a hard time staying warm and kept cramping. Ugh. Not a pleasant workout at ALL. I'm hoping to get in another 20-30 minutes of cardio at some point today. You know why? That scale is creeping up on me again. That little bitch! I've been enjoying myself a little too much. :(
On the menu today:
M1: 1/2 liquid egg whites, 2 cups frozen spinach sautteed in PAM spray, 1 granny smith apple. About 32 oz water with lemon.
M2: Turkey breast, steamed veggies, a starch, and fruit.
M3: Carbmaster yogurt, nuts and maybe some berries
M4: Dinner....no idea yet. I was thinking about making some veggie chicken and rice soup for my old man since it's so freaking miserable out.
M5: after boot camp- Probably Zero point soup and a slice of light bread with a serving of deli turkey..
Off to shower and tackle the hall closet!
