Ring around the rosey....


A pocket full of kick your ass!


I used these bad boys for push ups, pullups and the ever painful dips. I also did hip bridges with my feet on the rings, hamstring curls and some nasty abs. THen I got creative and did some reverse skull crushes for triceps, biceps and chest flies. I didn't use a single weight on my upper body and I'm so sore I could barely wash my hair!
