Blood sugar poo poo

I began WW on my own- meaning without signing up online. I had the worst blood sugar dips! I switched back to eating more zone-based meals and I feel better. Sigh. It was strange, I was craving sugar and carbs and junk more than ever all week. Thursday I switched it back to more fats, less processed carbs, fruit sugars and I'm like a well oiled machine. I guess it's good to know what works for you. :)


I got 20 minutes on the elliptical in yesterday while reading my book and 40 minutes of weights/circuit. I'm still using kid gloves when it comes to upper body, but I did work the hell out of my legs.


Boot camp was FREEZING this morning- 30 degrees. We did a lot of light jogging, kickboxing, plyos and lunges. I warned the ladies that weather permitting we're going to start sprint work again. Yipee!
