A workout makes it better

Sometimes a good workout can change everything.


This morning we were under a flash flood warning, so in lieu of kayaking down the street we went inside for a nasty circuit.


Circuit 1, 2X's for 1 minute each exercise.


Hydrolic Squat machine, fast reps


Push -ups on bars


Tricep rope press downs


russian twist


push press


Alt single leg Deadlifts 15's


Ball plank roll outs


Circuit 2


Lunges with 15's


Dbl handle standing rows


Med ball cleans (i love this exercise!)


Jacks


Sumo Deadlift


Assissted pull ups


Step ups 20" box

Renegade rows 12


Burpees (loving these too lately!)


Low back extension


Rope ball slam on wall


hanging leg raises


Rotator health open/close


I was jacked up for about 30 minutes- felt like going out for a run! Now the reality of a 4:45AM wake up has settled in and I'm dragging. Yesterday was go-go-go and by the time I made dinner for Jon, made lunches for the kids, read a bedtime story and got Xavier off to sleep it was 9:30!!! That's after clients from 9-12 and 6-8, getting Xan off to school, getting Xavier off (and back) to the sitter, homework, entertaining the kids....I was really sad I missed the biggest loser- thank goodness for the DVR!


Luckily the boys BOTH have school today I'm through with AM clients @ 10:30. I can finally go to WW and sign Myra and I up for the online program! Yay! Then I'm going to go home and pass out for at least an hour before I pick up Xavier. :)
