Mix-N-Match

Crossfit main site is a Rest day, Crossfit Endurance calls for a 2 mile tempo run. I missed yesterday (well not techinically, I did boot camp and sprints) and I'm feeling pretty miffed about it. I feel much better today- yesterday I felt like I was thrown down a flight of stairs. Some pizza and wine combined with a 9:45 bedtime helped me recover. Maybe not the wine, but I sure enjoyed it! I had a crazy sleep paralysis dream- I was being attacked by a ghost or something- it knocked me down and put a pillow over my face and I couldn't move or breathe or talk. I finally woke myself up when I shouted "Helllllll" and woke up before the P came out. Freaked me out. Too many ghost hunter shows.

Jon's out running errands and I'm heading to the gym as soon as he gets back. I'm going to do Fridyas WOD which ends up being 2 miles of 400's. I know you're supposed to wait 3 hours between workouts but I'm going to throw the 2 miles in there with a one mile warm-up and a mile cool down. Tomorrow we're probably getting SNOW. I really want to do a long run/walk and I'm not doing the treadmill, I'll crack up.


This week I'm signing up for
Georgia Half Marathon. My goal? Finishing. I'll run when I can and walk when I need to. No pressure!


Speaking of finishing, I'm posting some FO pics later. I made some wristwarmers and I'm finishing up the Star baby blanket today. :)
