They were not big fans of the ham/glute machine or the farmers' walk!
Today is Barbara; 20 pull ups 30 push ups 40 sit ups 50 squats X3. I'll try to do that later on today. I'm sure I'll have time, I have to keep little man home. He's got a terrible runny nose and he's starting to lose his voice. I'm sure the germ bowl @ Monkey Joe's had nothing to do with it! Later is the Xfit Endurance workout:
Run: 2 x 800m holding best possible pace. Not slowing more then 3 sec. 2 min recoveries + 2 x 1k holding best possible pace. Not slowing more then 4 sec. 2 min recoveries. I'm going to try and get that in before work. If my neck allows. I'm waiting for the advil to kick in now.
Wed is boot camp (I don't know if we're in or out weather says 22) and that's it. Or Rest if I just want to coach.
Thursday is Main site and endurance site.
Friday is boot camp (lots of sprints/endurance site) and Main site WOD
Saturday is Main site.
Sunday is long run.
I'm thinking about doing a 10K next weekend. It's really nice course, Silver Comet Trail I've never gone there before, especially after a cyclist was raped and murdered while biking during the day a few years ago. My husband rarely puts his foot down about anything, but that was one of them. It's not in the best part of town and it's not a good idea to go anywhere new alone. Fair enough!
I'm really becoming obsessed with kettlebell training. The next big purchase I make will be 2 of those babies.
Check out Mike Mahler. He's a VEGAN and one of the most sought after kettle bell trainers.
Tell me again how a plant-based diet won't build muscle!
