100 ft walking lunges 21 pull ups 21 situps. Repeat while decreasing reps to 18, 15, 12, 9, 6. I absolutely will NOT be doing the pull-ups. My neck is begining to flare up and I'm sure the combo of poor sleep, heavy lifting and crochet has a lot to do with it. I was thinking about doing push-ups or dips instead. I'm so happy this is something I can do in the house if I need to!
My husband left me a picture of a cute little bunny to look at today because he knows it'd make me smile. :) He also left me some money to bring the boys to see Monsters VS Aliens today too.
I dreamt of crafting last night (really. I'm sorta a loser) and it was all about felt.
