Due to my extreme suckage, I had to do 4. Not to mention time, I had a client @ 7 and taught aqua aerobics @ 8:15. For the first 2 rounds I did 500 meters of rowing, which was about 2minute 30 seconds. My time was 34 minutes, slowing me down were the damned BURPEES. Evil evil evil dirty little things. I love this kind of training, it lets me know what I need work on, and I need it all.
Today is my birthday, I'm 35. I thought about that as I was flipping tires and watching the sky go from black to grey to pink...this was the best way I've ever started a birthday. I'm taking a day off from the diet today (no calories on your birthday!) and I induldged in a cheese danish for breakfast, getting ready to take the boys to Zaxby's for lunch followed by Rita's (frozen custard), heading back to the pool for some sunshine and fun with the boys, heading home for (I hope) pizza and birthday cake. I especially love the cakes from Coldstone!

Happy belated birthday! Just think, you only have four more years of birthdays left, after that you get to go to anniversaries. In October I'll be celebrating the first anniversary of my 39th birthday. Works for me anyway. :)
