This morning's WOD was probably my favorite.
15 back squats (55)
30 leg lifts
15 deadlifts (55)
30 mountain climbers, rx'd knee to elbow but no can do for Me
Run one lap around parking lot.
As many as possible in 30 minutes, 6 rounds max.

6 rounds in 27:51 sweet! Jason called me a machine, Mirna told me I was on crack. I felt great!
