Get it gurl



I finally made it back to CrossFit this morning. As usual, the workout didn't disappoint! There's a shirt (or sticker or something) that says "Your work out is my warm-up" and that is the damned truth.


Warm-up:

400 meter run

shoulder rotations with PVC

Sampson stretch

3X10: push-ups (chest to ground)

abmat sit-ups

back extensions

Squats

dead hang pull-ups.


Yeah, THEN you train.


WOD


3X15 Bodyweight bench. Let me tell you, Janis isn't benching that for one. I did 75, last set was 10. Triceps fried.


400 meter run

Medicine ball push-ups (10 per arm) I did knees

15 GHD Sit ups. Those things make me swear.

Dips (I did assisted, arm cooked)

10 burpee broad jumps. Horrible things.

AMRAP in 25 minutes.


3 complete + 400 meters and the push ups.


There's something about pushing to your limit. You wanna vomit. You have a headache. Your lungs are on fire, your legs and arms stop cooperating. You question your sanity- vow never again.

About 60 minutes later, you're planning tomorrow's workout...


M1: Coffee stevia almond milk 1 slice ezekial(about 1/2 before and 1/2 after)


M2: honey crisp apple, 3 egg whites + one whole egg 2 small tomatoes. Aleve ha ha ha


M3: Grilled Chicken Salad light ranch, a few raw almonds green tea


M4: everything bagel (date with Xavier to panera) small coffee with stevia


M5: White bean hummus raw cauli and broc. 1/2 brownie :)


Thinking about having a glass of wine and hitting the sack. Starting to have really bad pain in my ears- I'm wondering if that damned cold I had on my anniversary (2 weeks ago!) is coming back. Not feeling so hot at all.
