Boot campin

Boot camp today: .25mile warm up, 2X10 squat push up full sit ups.


3 rounds of:

50 jacks

40 squats

30 push ups (knees)

20 DB swings

10 Burpees

Shuffle parking lot down and back (about 100 yards)


2 sets

10 Surrenders

20 One arm rows/side holding both DB's

30 crunches holding weight

40 lunges with a front kick

50 skiers.

Fini.


I was a total spaz yesterday (not unlike most days) and nailed my knee on something in the gym. It's killing me! I also slammed the toilet seat on my nose when I closed it too fast after I cleaned it. Sheesh. One of those days. I went to dinner with one of my BFF's and had some yummy pasta and bread and DESSERT! I just don't think paleo is realistic for me. I try it for a few days, and I feel soooo weak during my workouts and really tired all day. As always, I'm trying to find the balance.

I really like your quote, it's so true.

Burpees are killer, I do them in my Insanity workout and I end up sweating like a lil pig!
