I'm guessing it's one of the top items!

I have, quiet literally, had a pain in my ass for over a month. It's the left side, and the first time I noticed it was when I was playing with Xavier on the floor and my pelvic bone shifted and I felt as if I bruised myself from the inside. My ass- often spoken about as if it had a completely seperate life of it's own- has turned against me. I really noticed it after Monday's bootcamp. We ran at least 3 miles with a good amount of incline walking squats and lunges. Since I rested for 4 days and willed- no DEMANDED my sinus infection go away, I felt quite spunky. Perhaps I pushed a little too hard, but at the time it just felt right!
So back to the chiropractor for ART therapy next week, a nice NMT massage soon and a little more rest should fix it. I didn't train today at all for fear of aggrevating it.

I've changed my work schedule and I'm soooo looking forward to it. I'll be done working by 7 on Tues and Thursdays now. I'll be able to read Xan and Xavier a story AND tuck them in! Hopefully the 'official' website will be up and running within 2 weeks. Add to that a payment to Google for keyword hits and things should be rockin' and rollin!

I'm still planning on the half marathon. Even if I walk some, I just want to finish it. I was supposed to run a 10K Feb 10 but there's a cub scout camping trip that weekend so it's a no go. Poo!

I've got quite a few WIP. I need to take pictures!

Time for bed- butts to kick in 7.5 hours!
