I've been doing the neti pot, the antibiotics, the decongestants and I still feel sick. This morning I've been dizzy, feeling stopped up, stomach is aching, exhausted and I have a low grade fever again. I can barely breathe out of my right nostril, but the left side is the most painful. I guess it's time to visit an EENT.
This is putting a damper on my training. I was supposed to run 5 with a tempo run, but I'm thinking that's not going to happen at all. Great just took my temp and it's up another degree. UGH.
How much mucous can one person make?
