Easter Amigurumi

I'm so very late posting these pictures. The chick has a little hat on because I goofed the pattern and it looked like a cone head! The bunny came out really cute too, especially after I added a little basket complete with a hershey's kiss inside. I did a chevron peep hole stitch with a strand of blue and a strand of green , whip stitched it together to make the basket. I am so very proud of this! I asked Valerie not to give it away because I was afraid some brat wouldn't appreciate my hard work! The person in the background in these pictures is my husband. He's hiking with his buddies this weekend, and what he's doing is called guilt cleaning. I need to have that happen once a week!
