I awoke at 1:40 AM with a splitting headache. It started in my sinuses, settled behind my eyes. Several doses of advil and a morning with my head under the covers helped.
I'm thinking it's the pollen, but my diet has been crap lately.
I'm cutting out the usual suspects:
Chocolate
Alcohol
Nuts
Caffiene (well, cut back on it!)
Hopefully I can get back into the swing of things tomorrow. I empathize with anyone who has these things all the time!
