bake sale anyone?

Well poo. The Mom in charge of concessions for swim team this year informed me they aren't "accepting" baked goods this year. They want to "try something different".

Not exactly sure what the different is. I've got 4 pounds of brown sugar, a tub of crisco, 5 pounds of flour and 2 pounds of chocolate chips. I had planned on baking all day tomorrow. Pffft. I should make a stand outside of the pool entrance and sell them myself!

Actually, I'm going to go ahead and bake up the chocolate chip and some oatmeal raisin cookies and bring them anyway. Maybe I'll just pass out a few to our team and the other team will be so desperate for a cookie I'll sell them to the highest bidder! Mwahahahaaha!

Off to the pool for a late afternoon dip. I'm trying to wear Xavier out with the hopes he'll pass out early tonight. In his own bed too. Last night Jon and I took turns getting kicked in the face!
