I did heavy pullovers super setted with overhead tricep extensions.
I'm talking 30 freaking pounds for 3 sets of 15. OUCH. That added to lat pull downs with super strict form- I hurt from the belly of my lats to the long head of my tris. My traps are killing me from the seated presses with 20's, my butt is sore from the deep leg press (15 close, 15 wide with 145+ carriage) and worse my low back is tight from- who knows!
Boot camp will be a real joy tomorrow @ 5:30AM! I know, no pity from my clients. I have a feeling a few of you who read this are secretly getting the warm fuzzies because I'm in so much pain. Bitches.
One of my clients is loaning me an old raquet. Her oldest, crummiest raquet is probably nice than anything I'll ever buy. I'm super excited. I don't know when- right now I'm not sure how to take my shirt off I'm so sore!
How cute is this? I can't believe it's a tennis dress. With the right shoes you could rock this for a dinner date!
