Endurance Day/Old lady joints

I changed up the format for boot camp, and today was endurance.

Here's what we did:

1/2 mile warmup.

dynamic warm ups, hip openers.

50 squats-60yards of sports specific hip strengtheners.

15 pushups-60yg grapevine

30 tricep dips 60yd front kicks

Over 30 yards: 4 Walking lunges 4 jump lunges. Run backwards for 30

Side squats for 30 yards 10 jump squats , 30yd squat 10 jump squats

Jog 1/4 mile. Lunge 200 meters on incline Jog about 600 meters.

Side squats up hill jog 600 meters.

Side squats jog about 200 meters.


Core work. Stretch.


In some really sad news.....

I think I have arthritis. Seriously. I couldn't use my hands yesterday, and every night I wake up at some point with numbness and tingling. It's that damned knitting. I took 2 days off and it feels better today. However knitting doesn't affect my knees and ankles- which are feeling much better-but I've been advil and icing myself silly. Poo.

Sounds a little carpal tunnel... So sorry, I know it stinks!

I want to lose 13 pounds. That is my goal... I need a kick ass diet - healthy, not fad that will help me do it.
