
I forgot about this picture! It's me about 6 weeks out from the show I won with naked Xavier under my rear end!!!. This picture is about 2 and a half years old. Damn what happened!
Boot camp was killer tonight. Only 2, one is 19 and in great shape, the other is getting ready for her wedding- and she's in great shape too!
I love this workout because you can really do it anywhere outside- a park, your driveway, down the street and back, etc.
Mark off an area between 25 and 50 yards.
20 squats 1 push-up. (knees are fine) run/sprint/walk/move down to the other end of the mark.
19 lunges/leg 2 bench dips. Run to the beginning.
18 squats 3 push ups. sprint. 17 lunges/leg 4 dips.
Continue decreasing squats/lunges by one and increasing pushups/dips by one until you reach 20 dips. It should take about 20 minutes. I did this at least once a week prior to the obstacle course race I did. Add 8 quarter mile repeats to that once a week and you'll be banging. Sore, but banging.

So I did the ankle over my knee thing and it was like instant relief.
Having a trainer for a bloggy friend is kind of awesome.
I did a lot of toning on my abs and legs last night...
I used to work out a lot and just haven't for like two years... I need you to live close to me!
Yay! I'm glad it helps! I do that stretch all day long. It feels good if you do it laying on your back and pull your knee towards you. :)
I love that picture! You look totally hot, but the naked toddler in the background makes it a little more grounded.

Ha, I sent my husband over here to see where I got the advice from because I was all "She knows what she's talking about..."
and he emailed me back and said "who really looks like that?"
:) You can't look like that for very long and be sane- tells you a lot about me!
