So I ran into CVS and checked my blood pressure. 130/65 pulse 72. I can't believe it. That' pre-hypertension. THe bottom number is really good but the top is crap. Great. I started an iron pill today and I'm hoping that decreases the fatigue.
I'm also cutting meat and dairy and (GASP) artificial sweeteners out for a while too and adding in as many raw fruits and veggies as I can stand. I'm starting to wonder if I'm having an allergic reaction to all the new carpet and paint and crap in the new gym. Who knows! Whatever it is, I'd like it to go away!
