I'm seriously considering doing a show next spring. April will be fitness model and May would be pro figure. If I want to keep my pro card current (which I do) I need to compete in a natural organization once every 2 years. Being in the business I'm in, people introduce me as "fitness competitor Janis" instead of personal trainer. It's strange to hear how other people identify you. I'm mapping out the next 18 weeks...that's the amount of time left before January 2009. Scary, huh? I'll have to do a mini diet down in November to practice the last few weeks as a vegan. From what another vegan competitor says, it's pretty much plain baked tofu and greens two weeks out.
I can't imagine how bad that will smell!
Anywhoo, today's workout was back,bi's/light legs. I hate doing back:

One arm row, leg extended 3X10@30

Good Mornings 3X12@ 45,65,75
EzBar BiCurl 3X10@ 40,40,30
Alt DB curls 1X8@ 20. Had to stop, the rotation was really hurting my right forearm, tennis elbow. :)
