It's gonna be a long day....

My sitter is an angel. She's bailed me out many times (hello anniversary!) and I an forever in her debt. She was kind enough to warn me she was feeling a little sick last night, so I went ahead and rescheduled my clients this morning.

However, she left me with this:

My neck is acting up again. I woke up a few times with my right arm asleep, my right tricep is twitching all the time and my hands are swollen. Really sucks! I'm dying to start weight training again. Totally feels like a piece of me is gone.
