A Soggy Boot Camp

We are in one of the worst droughts of recent times here in Georgia. Horrible for my old man (a landscaper) but great for me, a fitness instructor working outside! So this morning @ 5:30 it was pouring out and I changed it up a little. Luckily adjacent to the gym the office park has a huge covered area with 4 benches. Perfect for boot camp!

Run 1/2 mile

Round one:(crossfit)

20 pull up/sissy squat things

30 incline push ups

40 crunches

50 squats

Sprint around the parking lot, I'm guessing it's close to 400 meters

Rest 2 minutes. Repeat.

Round 2:

15 decline push ups/modified handstand push ups

30 dips

40 Supine heel taps

50 alt lunges

Sprint around parking lot

Stretch, done in about...50 minutes?

The neck is sore but so far better than yesterday. I had to take a muscle relaxer last night before bed, everything was twitching. My eyelids, my triceps, my neck. It was driving me nuts!
