I'm begining to delegate. When somebody asks "What do you need me to bring?" I tell them! Actually, I'm sending out an email to those who confirmed begging for a little contribution. Even if it's a 12 pack of diet coke- everything will help!

Wow! Are you inviting family or the school or something?
I've invited some neighbors, some clients and some friends. It doesn't sound like a lot when you say 6 families on your street but each family is at least 3!
