Snack was eaten in 2 sittings- inbetween clients and helping @ Xan's school.
2 cups mixed berries. 2points Light 'n fit yogurt (60 cal ones) 1 point. Snack = 3 points. TOTAL 3
Lunch: Leftovers from dinner. 1 small piece Quorn roast, 1 small potato, 5 baby carrots and onions roasted in EVOO. Salad with cuckes and celery, 0 points. I'm guessing about TOTAL 5 points, probably lower.

Grand total 17, leaving 5 for the day without the exercise points which I may take. 7 glasses of water so far.
I'll be awake for 18 hours if I go to bed by 10 tonight. Yippee.
Oh yeah, goals. Starting weight: 148, and it damn sure ain't all muscle.
Goals: 135 by January 1. I know, opposite of what most people do.
