Learning to eat like a normal person

I have been on a bodybuilding type diet since 1996. Yep 12. What does that mean? It means I have an irrational fear of:


starches


Fruit


Bread


Candy, chocolate and pretty much anything with SUGAR!!!


What are my favorite things to eat? Yup, all of the above. I've been trying to deprogram myself since my last show. I don't know how to eat like a normal person, so I just say screw it and gorge. Hell of a role model, no?


A client of mine so kindly coped her weight watchers stuff for me and I'm currently looking over it. Most of it seems like common sense eating, which is apparently something I LACK. We'll see how it goes. I have 22 points per day, but I can add 2 points for exercise. I've had 7 so far, which is fat free half and half, 3 egg whites + 1 whole egg, 1 small bagel and 1/2 a banana. That leaves me with 15-17 points for the day.(I'm thinking about using those 2 exercise points for wine...seems wrong to reward myself for exercise with wine!)



SO here's to yet another diet.
