I lifted weights tonight! Hooray!
I had no plan, I just felt like throwing big weight around and releasing some stress.
Push press 3X12@45 ss (super setted) "real" dips 3X8 (weird pain in right shoulder)
One arm chest press on ball 3X12@20 SS Rear delt rows 3X12@ 36 ss Leg extensions 3X15@50
Incline lateral delt raises front and back 3X12@5 ss Tri press down 3X12 under X12 over ss Hamstring curls 3X15@55
My neck hurt during certain things, but I focused on engaging my abs, sliding my shoulders down and recruiting as much of the muscle I'm working at the time as possible. Tomorrow is bootcamp, and maybe a 20 minute session of cardio after work.
My weight is stable @ 140; which is good considering I've been eating a lot of halloween candy. Just what I need, a bigger butt AND cavities.
