I'm going to start following this site for my cardio. I already did 30 minutes on the recumbent bike (crocheting at the same time thankyouverymuch) So I'll bust this out before my client @ 6:30. It's only 8 minutes long-my sort of workout! The crossfit workout is lots of squats and muscle ups. I do a million of those in boot camp and muscle ups ain't gonna happen with this neck!
