Royal butt kicking



Today's boot camp:


1 minute each exercise. No rest between.


Push ups

Row from plank position

crunches

Squats

step ups X 2

Then....


Wall ball shots

Tube row

Medicine ball cleans

squat to shoulder press

burpees

reverse lunges. Only one.


Then we went outside in the creepy fog for sprints. We did the 1min on 1 min off 1 min on 50 off, etc ladder from crossfit endurance. What a mother F#cker. It was the closest I've ever come to yacking by my own hand. The inside work out was tough enough, the sprinting was the last straw. I can feel my legs tightening so much right now, tomorrow's going to be a blast!
