Oh LAWD

Soooo tonight I stop at Whole Foods for some kale,almond milk and bananas for the green smoothie I'm making tomorrow. (I'm adding flax seed oil and a scoop of protein powder to make it balanced) Soooo I pass by the bakery and I hear it calling my name. TIRA(freaking)MISU! Of course I pick it up, because it's been forever since I've had it. It was so rich, so creamy I (almost) couldn't finish it. But I'm such a damned trooper I choked it down before getting home. I start to feel guilty about eating something so bad and check the nutrition label.

SHIT!!!!! I ate 68 grams of f@cking FAT! In my CAR!!!!!!!! Sweet beans in a basket. Looks like I'll be pounding the pavement for damned sure tomorrow!!!!!


I was going to sign up for a 5K tomorrow. The race is this weekend. How about the sign ups were 5 days. 5 days? Dammit!!!! I had Xan talked into it and everything.
The next race is Raider Chase which is literally one mile from the house. It's also February 7, the day of the next Scouts camping trip. I'm doing a 10K March 7. It's a fast course but- come on I just want to finish it!
