I think I'll be running on the busted assed treadmills at work again. I'm looking to complete 3- I'm thinking now 2 on treadmill and another 2 miles (or a total of 40 minutes cardio) on elliptical. I also need to throw some weights around. I have about 20 minutes between clients and I'll probably do some upper then. After cardio I'll do an easy leg workout.
I've been thinking about.....well everything lately. I'm changing the time of morning boot camp and completely canceling the evening due to lack of clients. I may change it to 'group personal training' but I don't know. I'm not making the money I should (and need) to make to justify the time. I'd much rather be home by 7 and reading a night night story to my boys. I've also fallen into the habit of making my schedule around a few people and they always end up sticking it to me. So no more! Once I start school again, I'll need all the extra time I can get!
I finished this puff stitch hat and after looking closely I screwed it up. The puffs should be a little more defined and after 4 yo/draw up loops I just pulled through all the yo/loops I never made a stitch. I wore it tonight anyway, and it is so WARM that I don't care! I guess I did ok considering I did the majority in the movies!
I loved the movie BTW, my boys loved it too. Xan was ready to adopt a new dog and Xavier was ready to leave with 20 minutes to go. We had so much candy I'm surprised he didn't do cartwheels down the aisle. :)
I trained another trainers' 2 clients tongiht- 3 night/6 hours $330. Gotta love that. Their house is so beautiful I was afraid to touch anything. The couch in their workout room was nicer than anything in my whole house. After work I ran to the store, got home @ 8:30 and made 22 cupcakes. Xan's the 'snack embassador' tomorrow and he wanted to do something in honor of inaguaration day. I made funfetti cupcakes (what else for 2nd graders) and frosted them red, white and blue like the American Flag. He'll be so proud. :)
