1. Scraping wallpaper.
2. Doing pull-ups with rubber bands
3. Deadlifting (RDL's actually) 95 for 3X8
4. Tossing and turning in bed
5. Stress?
6. All of the above?
I really miss lifting heavy/intensely. Every time I do, my neck flares. Such a bummer. I wish I could develop the same passion for something a little gentler like pilates or swimming. To me there is nothing as exhilirating as throwing be weight around the gym or sprinting. :( I guess I'll have to learn to love walking and lighter weights.
I just took 4 advil and I'm waiting for them to kick in. I took a muscle relaxer I had left over from the last time it flared before bed and I slept a good 10 hours. Something I haven't done in weeks, and something I deperately needed to do. The downside is I'm more sore than ever!
I'm going to take the boys to the park today, it's going to be almost 70! If my neck can stand it, I really want to take a walk when J gets home from work. I'm not going to run until this attack is over. I may be walking the half marathon this summer!
