Good one

I had a great workout with my friend Mirna today. She was my client for a long time, loved exercising so much she became certified and trains people herself now. It's like watching your baby graduate from school...*tear*

Ring push-ups SS walking lunges with PVC pipe filled with H20 overhead.

Ring pull ups SS hydrolic squat machine ss Bicep curls with H2O PVC

Pilates Machine trampoline leg press things-hard to explain SS Medicine ball single arm throw/catch on reebok core bord ss Ring dips

Ring Hamstring Curls SS Wall ball toss

Shoulder press PVC H20 on Bosu ss tricep rings.

The H20 in the PVC is sweet. It weighs about 21 pounds, and forces you to work your whole body because the water moves as you do the exercise. PLUS it's el-cheapo. Win win.

I'm going to be sore as a mo-fo tomorrow. I also did bootcamp this morning. My neck feels good. I'm going to ice and lay down before Jon gets home. :) I'm glad I have tonight off!!!!

I treated myself to the hot bar at WHole foods today. (I call it WHole Paycheck) I chose BBQ Seitan, a little white rice, garlic tofu (sucked) steamed mixed veggies, collard greens and black eyed peas. $8.47!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF? For desert I had a vegan blueberry muffin. There were about 3 blueberries in it. I stocked up on vegan protein: Seitan, vegan sausage, vegan cheese, Tofurkey slices plus kombucha, cabbage, mushrooms, potatoes, onions, vegan chocolate chips and low sodium veggie broth. I'm going to make another pot of soup minus a ton of sodium.

I had a disaster in the kitchen yesterday when I tried to bake a commercial cake mix with eggs and used applesauce. Lots of people said it would be fine. NO! My cake liners were falling off and the cake fell into a crumbled mess. I was able to save a few, but damn! I'll try ENER-G next time.

I swear all that exercise stuff gives me the hives. I think I'm allergic to exercise. No, Really. I admire the heck out of you for being able to do all that stuff. I'm afraid that I'm a 10 pound weakling compared to you though. Sigh. One day I'll get off my behind and exercise. maybe.

I'm sorry you had so much trouble with substituting the applesauce for oil. I've never had any problems with it as long as I used the same amount of liquids. Maybe you could substitute just half of the oil with the applesauce next time.
