CFT (CrossFit Total)

Squat: 185. Shoulder Press: 80 DeadLift: 155. Total- 420. Really, really pissed about DL. I've come to the realization I HATE all exercising involving pulling, even a leg exercise. Most women DL WAY more than they squat. I should be over 200! Bastard!


My card was almost full and all I got were 2 squat videos. I really needed to view the DL. Ugh ugh ugh.

For the record, my choice of music was Dig by Mudvayne and Pissed off and Mad about it by Texas hippie colation. That bullshit music is what my manager forces us to listen to!
