The plan was 6X400 meters 5 pull ups 5 dips 15 sit up. I did the first 2 400's on the elliptical, to save my back the pounding. That sucked, so I did the next on the spin bike, butt off saddle for 2min 45 sec. That REALLY sucked so hopped on the treadmill and power walked at 5.2MPH. I was so dead I stopped at 4! I must say my pullups are looking better. Today I used the assissted machine and only needed 30 pounds. Yay!
