New fav



My theme song for sprints today.


This morning I had a scant bootcamp- the 2 I had were there @ 5am due to the taping of a school pep rally for TV. They went ahead and ran 3 miles, so the Xfit endurance workout was not something we could do together. I ended up doing our normal drills, push-ups, lunge/squats on the hill but had them use the weights for upper body exercises.

I stayed after class and did 20 seconds on 10 seconds off for 8 rounds on the hilly road leading to the club. I jogged for about 3 minutes, then took off. I ran so hard I felt nauseous and had tears in my eyes when I finished. I covered half a mile while reducing the 10 seconds to a walk. I skipped 5X3 back squats today; my low back is a little tender from CFT still not to mention my legs are spent from this morning. Depending on tomorrow's schedule-that is my husband's schedule- I'll hit the gym for back squat or the WOD.
