This morning was boot camp and it was a real bitch. Constant movement, lots and lots of squats and push-ups. Tomorrow the schedule calls for a tempo run: 5 miles total with 3 miles @ 10:19 pace. I'm thinking about walking the first and last mile since I haven't covered a distance over 2 miles in a while. Sunday is 6 miles @ 11:58 pace. I'm for sure doing run/walk for that bad boy.
I have been looking forward to today for a while. NO children and NO clients. That's whay I thought- 9:30 my 9:15 calls and I realized I goofed. I suck! I have all the tv's and other noise-making things off. I'm eating some hummus with carrots, celery and Wasa crackers listening to the birds and waiting for the kitchen floor to dry. :) Even mopping the floor is more 'enjoyable' when it's peaceful!
