Fitness assessment

So I skipped crossfit for breakfast and time with my family on Sunday. They've been so good about going to church I owed them a break and some fun.


However


Monday I made boot camp particually evil. And today- well we had a fitness assessment. It was over 90 degrees, sunny and HUMID.


Crossfit warmup

Do as many as possible in one minute with one minute rest between:

Pull-up

chest to ground push ups

abmat sit ups

air squats


1000 meter row for time

run one mile for time


My results: 11 rubber band pull ups- I will improve soon!

15 push ups on toes, 17 on knees

37 sit ups (I think)

52 squats

4:45 for row

8:28 for the mile. Man was I pissed about the mile. I wanted to crack 8 minutes. After the first 2 minutes I thought my legs would just stop working so I decided to try and run every step and push hard the last lap. Those squats fried me. I'm psyched to see how much I improve!!!
