Max


This is Max, Jason's dog that sadly left earth on Monday. In honor of him, Jason came up with a real ass kicker this morning.


"MAX" WOD


Complete as many rounds as possible (amap) in 30 minutes.


15 pull ups (I jumped)

15 Burpees to box jumps on 12" box (EVIL EVIL EVIL)

15 push-ups (on my knees, still kicks my ass)

15 Kettle bell swings (I used 20 pound DB)

15 push press (35 pounds)

15 Squat thrusts.


I made it through 3 rounds in about 25 minutes. My wrists are a little sore, my arms are cooked. I loved it- but I did try to convince Jason that Max wouldn't like the burpees. :p


Stayed on paleo yesterday, about 80%. I'm avoiding grains, legumes, starches but not dairy. I still drink whey protein 2x's a day.

Our vacation is less than 2 weeks away and I want to look GOOD!
